Lasetica (Jinan) Co., Ltd. (“Lasetica”, “we”, “our”) builds Nd:YAG laser handpieces for global aesthetic OEM partners. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you contact us, request samples, download technical resources, or otherwise interact with lasetica.com.

1. Who we are

Lasetica operates as a business-to-business supplier. We use the information we collect solely to support OEM evaluation, engineering collaboration, and after-sales service for our laser handpieces.

2. Information we collect

We only gather the data necessary to respond to professional enquiries and maintain reliable communication. Depending on how you engage with us, this may include:

  • Lead & contact details. Name, business email, company, role, phone number, target market, and project requirements submitted through our forms, email, or trade shows.
  • Business correspondence. Meeting notes, requests for quotation, contracts in progress, support tickets, and logistics records maintained in our internal CRM systems.
  • Technical telemetry. High-level analytics from lasetica.com (pages viewed, locale, device type) to ensure the site works reliably. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.
  • Optional technical materials. Drawings, specifications, or certification documents that you voluntarily share under NDA for OEM customization. These files are stored separately with restricted access.

3. How we use the information

We rely on legitimate business interests and your consent to use the information described above for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries. Providing quotations, technical proposals, and scheduling engineering workshops based on your project scope.
  • Delivering services. Coordinating sample fabrication, logistics updates, product warranty, and after-sales support.
  • Business communication. Sending product updates, compliance notices, event invitations, and other operational messages. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
  • Security and compliance. Protecting Lasetica’s infrastructure, preventing abuse, and complying with contractual or legal obligations.

4. Data storage and retention

Lead data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by Neon (EU region). Form submissions and email notifications are processed via Resend and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is limited to team members who need the information to support your project.

  • Retention period. Standard business contact data is retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction unless we are required to keep it longer to meet legal or contractual obligations.
  • File handling. Technical documents shared for OEM evaluation are deleted upon request or once a project concludes, unless a separate contract specifies longer storage.

5. Third-party processing

We never sell personal information. Limited data is shared with trusted processors that support our operations:

  • Neon. Cloud database platform that hosts our lead records with encryption at rest and strict access controls.
  • Resend. Transactional email service used to deliver enquiry confirmations and engineering updates.
  • Cloudflare. Hosting, CDN, and security services that protect lasetica.com and related assets.

6. Your rights and choices

You can exercise the following rights subject to applicable law:

  • Access and rectification. Request a copy of the information we hold and ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Opt-out. Unsubscribe from non-essential communications by using the link in the email or by contacting us directly.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of contact data or technical materials unless we must keep them to fulfil a contract or legal requirement.
  • Portability. Ask for an export of the business data you have provided so you can reuse it with another partner.

7. International transfers

Lasetica’s core systems are hosted in the EU and United States, while our engineering and operations teams work from China and other regions. We apply contractual safeguards, access controls, and encryption to keep your information protected regardless of location.

8. Updates to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect new products, regulations, or infrastructure changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify active partners via email.
