These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to lasetica.com and the OEM collaboration services provided by Lasetica (Jinan) Co., Ltd. (“Lasetica”, “we”, “our”). By visiting the website, requesting technical documentation, or entering into sample and production discussions with us, you acknowledge that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organization and you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope and acceptance

Lasetica works exclusively with business customers, distributors, and technology partners. You must ensure that you are legally permitted to engage your organization in OEM evaluation and that all information supplied to us is accurate and complete.

2. Services we provide

Depending on the stage of collaboration, Lasetica may deliver the following:

  • Product documentation and compliance support. Datasheets, comparison tables, certifications, and application notes that describe our Nd:YAG handpieces.
  • Engineering consultation. Workshops, interface reviews, and design-for-manufacturing feedback to help integrate Lasetica components into your platform.
  • Sample production and testing. Prototype or pilot units produced according to mutually agreed specifications and delivery schedules.
  • After-sales coordination. Warranty fulfilment, spare parts planning, and technical training for your downstream partners.

3. Business use requirements

All materials shared through lasetica.com are intended for professional evaluation only. You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute. Make Lasetica documentation or prototypes publicly available without written permission.
  • Misrepresent affiliation. Present yourself as an agent or employee of Lasetica unless a separate agreement authorises such representation.
  • Use outside permitted scope. Apply evaluation units in human clinical treatments or commercial deployments without executing a supply agreement.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All commercial terms are provided through written quotations or framework agreements. Unless expressly stated:

  • Non-binding quotations. Budgetary pricing is an invitation to negotiate and does not constitute an obligation for Lasetica to deliver products.
  • Purchase orders. A binding commitment occurs only after both parties sign a contract or Lasetica issues a written order confirmation.
  • Payment terms. Payment schedules, currencies, and credit terms are defined in the applicable purchase agreement or invoice.

5. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and to use it solely for evaluating or fulfilling the OEM collaboration.

  • Your materials. Design files, performance targets, or marketing assets that you provide remain your property. Lasetica will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except for approved suppliers bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Our technology. All Lasetica handpiece designs, trademarks, software, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Lasetica unless a separate contract transfers rights.

6. Acceptable use of the website

When accessing lasetica.com, you agree not to compromise security, extract data via automated scripts, or attempt to reverse engineer our code or infrastructure.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

Evaluation samples, digital resources, and other pre-contract deliverables are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. Final product warranties will be specified in the relevant sales agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lasetica and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website, documentation, or prototype units.

9. Compliance and export controls

You are responsible for ensuring that any cross-border shipment, certification, or regulatory filing related to Lasetica products complies with applicable laws, including export control and medical device regulations.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Shanghai Sub-Commission for arbitration, which shall be final and binding.

11. Changes to these Terms

Lasetica may modify these Terms to reflect new services or regulatory updates. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where material, notify active partners by email. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
